Stage 2 – Physical Inspection

Once the item reaches the workshop:

Our expert checks for:

Hidden cracks
Internal deterioration
Loose stitching
Dry leather
Previous repairs
Water damage
Glue failure
Mould
Structural weakness
Colour loss beneath the surface
Hardware damage

Scenario A – Everything Matches

If the physical inspection matches the photos:

Proceed immediately.
Customer receives a confirmation.

No further approval is needed.

Scenario B – Difference

For example:

Final ₹6,000

Example Customer Message

To protect Skoria from unnecessary logistics costs, implement a transparent inspection policy.

The fee is:

Fully adjusted against the final invoice if the customer proceeds.
Retained only if the customer declines the revised quotation after inspection.

This covers the cost of pickup, expert assessment, documentation, and administration.
